Who are we

Once the family-seat of the famous Le Clezio Clan, nowadays Eureka House is owned by another well known Mauritian family who lives on its premises and enjoys sharing with their visitors their uniquely beautiful and original environment.

Caring for the destination

Eureka endorses responsible business practices by fostering sustainable tourism and Corporate Social Responsibility.

• The garden is not treated by chemical products and natural fertilisers is used.
• Energy saving light bulbs is being used.
• Aim to save water and have implemented according measures such as irrigation with wastewater.
• Actively keep the history of Mauritius alive through the museum and the tours that is offered.
• Regularly organise arts exhibitions in the pavilion and hence support cultural projects.
